Customer Support Representative – Evening Shift (Budapest)

About the role

Colossyan is seeking an experienced Customer Support Representative to join its Budapest team. You will provide technical and product assistance to users of the Colossyan platform, primarily supporting US‑based customers during an evening shift.

Key responsibilities

• Work the evening shift (13:00‑22:00) to handle live chat, email, phone and video inquiries from US customers.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Marketing, Legal, Finance, Sales and Success teams to troubleshoot issues and incorporate feedback.
• Manage open customer tickets, diagnose technical problems, and escalate bugs to the development team.
• Create and keep help‑centre articles up‑to‑date, ensuring accurate self‑service resources.
• Analyse support metrics to identify trends and suggest process improvements.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a customer support or service role, preferably in a SaaS environment.
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross‑functional team.
• Comfortable handling technical queries and documenting solutions.
