Property Portfolio Manager

About the role

As a Property Portfolio Manager at Bosch Group, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing commercial real estate assets across the Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) region. You will support strategic decisions through market analysis, valuation, and close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Manage acquisition, disposal and strategic development of commercial real estate assets in the CEE region.
• Support portfolio optimisation through market analysis and performance evaluation.
• Conduct real‑estate valuations and financial assessments to inform investment decisions.
• Oversee property transactions, including acquisitions, disposals and lease negotiations.
• Identify and evaluate investment opportunities, risks and market trends.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align real‑estate activities with business objectives.
• Assist in developing and executing regional real‑estate strategies.
• Maintain relationships with external partners, consultants and service providers.
• Ensure compliance with corporate standards and governance throughout transaction lifecycles.

Required profile

• Degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, Economics or a related field.
• Several years of experience in commercial real estate, property investment or portfolio management.
• Strong knowledge of commercial real‑estate markets, valuation methodologies and transaction processes within the CEE region.
• Experience in property acquisitions, disposals, lease negotiations and portfolio management.
• Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation and communication skills in an international environment.
• Professional qualification in real‑estate valuation or property investment (e.g., RICS, MRICS, CCIM) is an advantage.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
