Purchasing Administrator (Power Tool Factory)

About the role

We are looking for a Purchasing Administrator to support the procurement processes of our power‑tool manufacturing site in Miskolc. The role involves handling purchase orders, managing price changes and ensuring smooth collaboration with internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Create and sign purchase orders (MM, PM, GIS, etc.) and manage PO tracking lists.
• Handle price and quota adjustments and prepare service entry sheets.
• Prepare contracts of loan and manage PILUM TLM processes.
• Provide technical and process training to colleagues and trainees, and mentor new administrators.
• Control invoices, oversee document quality, and escalate issues to managers.
• Develop and implement process improvements.

Required profile

• Good team player with confident and decisive character.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Relevant experience in a similar purchasing or administrative role is an advantage.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Purchase order creation and management.
