Senior Platform Engineer

About the role

Colossyan is looking for a Senior Platform Engineer to join its fast‑growing team in Budapest. You will combine DevOps, cloud, and backend engineering expertise to build and operate the core infrastructure that powers AI‑driven video generation and training content.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain highly available cloud infrastructure.
• Develop and operate the core video generation component that delivers AI‑generated videos.
• Collaborate with the research team to integrate cutting‑edge AI technologies.
• Participate in architectural decisions shaping the future of the platform.
• Continuously monitor, troubleshoot, and improve system reliability and performance.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in Cloud, DevOps, or Platform Engineering.
• Strong analytical mindset with ownership of critical infrastructure components.
• Ability to understand business needs and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Up‑to‑date knowledge of modern cloud technologies and best practices.
