System Architect & Product Owner – Low Power Electrical Drives

About the role

As a System Architect & Product Owner in Low Power Electrical Drives, you will drive the development of current and next‑generation automotive electrical drive systems. You will combine technical leadership with system‑architecture responsibilities, guiding multidisciplinary engineering teams while shaping innovative solutions for automotive applications.

Key responsibilities

• Act as System Architect and Product Owner for low‑power automotive drive systems.
• Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams (software, hardware, V&V) from a technical perspective.
• Define, prioritize and track system‑level activities, ensuring alignment with project goals.
• Create and maintain system architectures, subsystem definitions and key interfaces across hardware, software and mechanics.
• Evaluate technical concepts, select optimal solutions and drive architectural decisions.
• Support change‑management, problem‑solving, quality, risk management and continuous‑improvement activities (e.g., FMEA).

Required profile

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Physics or a related field.
• Several years of experience in automotive systems engineering, preferably with electrical drive systems.
• Proven technical leadership and coordination of engineering teams.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills, fluent English.
