Talent Acquisition Intern

About the role

Formlabs, a 3D printing technology company, is looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern in Budapest. The role sits within the People team, which builds a culture where accomplished people can do their best work. The intern works alongside Technical Recruiters to help hire talent across the business.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Technical Recruiters to find candidates who are passionate about delivering results for customers
• Take part in full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, interviewing and hiring candidates across multiple departments
• Deliver a high-quality candidate experience from first contact through to resolution
• Recommend and drive improvements to scale recruiting practices

Required profile

• Active student status at a Hungarian university or college
• Willingness to support hiring needs across tech, marketing, services, sales, finance and other areas
• Bias for action and solution-oriented approach
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (Hungarian optional)
• Natural tendency to use data to track results and improve processes
• Enjoys making connections and meeting new people

Bonus skills

• Experience as a Talent Sourcer or Recruiter intern
• Graphic design and/or social media skills
• Passion for 3D printing and emerging technologies
• Experience in a fast-growing startup environment
