Recruitment Intern

About the role

Formlabs, a 3D printing technology company, is looking for a Recruitment Intern in Budapest. The role sits within the People team and supports Talent Acquisition by working with Technical Recruiters across the business to find talent who care about delivering results for customers. It requires active student status at a Hungarian university or college.

Key responsibilities

• Support Talent Acquisition by partnering with Technical Recruiters to find talent
• Take part in full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, interviewing and hiring candidates across several departments
• Deliver a high-quality candidate experience from first contact through to resolution
• Recommend and help drive improvements to scale recruiting practices

Required profile

• Active studies at a Hungarian university or college
• Willingness to support hiring needs across tech, marketing, services, sales and finance
• Action-oriented and solution-focused
• Strong written and verbal communication in English (Hungarian optional)
• Natural tendency to use data to track results and improve processes
• Enjoys building connections and meeting new people

Bonus skills

• Experience as a Talent Sourcer or Recruiter intern
• Graphic design and/or social media skills
• Passion for 3D printing and emerging technologies
• Experience in a fast-growing startup
