Delivery Manager - Budapest

About the role

You will lead customer adoption project teams, drive adoption of Diligent solutions and support business development activities across the customer journey.

Key responsibilities

• Lead engagements independently or with a team, allocating tasks and delivering professional services throughout the customer journey.
• Actively manage projects, mobilize resources, minimize delays and overruns, and control budgets.
• Support sales activities such as discovery calls, SOW generation and scoping.
• Develop strategies with solution engineers and customer success to increase adoption of Diligent solutions and expand GRC use cases.
• Coach and mentor team members on project management and customer enablement.
• Identify specialty areas to become a subject‑matter expert and drive internal initiatives.
