German Speaking Junior HR Operations Specialist

About the role

As a German Speaking Junior HR Operations Specialist you will support HR administration and employee lifecycle processes for Bosch's DACH organization. This position is ideal for recent graduates or early‑career professionals who want to develop HR expertise in an international environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage incoming HR requests via the ticketing system, ensuring proper tracking, prioritisation and follow‑up.
• Provide administrative support throughout the employee lifecycle while maintaining high customer service standards.
• Assist with employment contract preparation and employee documentation.
• Maintain and update employee data in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and other HR systems.
• Ensure accuracy and quality of HR data and cooperate with HR Business Partners to resolve inquiries.
• Handle confidential employee information in line with company policies.
• Support continuous improvement of HR documentation, processes and various HR projects.

Required profile

• University degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, Humanities or a related field (final‑year students welcome).
• Fluent German (C1) – written and spoken.
• Intermediate English (B1 or higher).
• Interest in HR administration and a proactive, service‑oriented mindset.
• Strong communication, organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
