About the role

The Commercial Representative will drive targeted sales negotiations, identify new business partners and prepare contracts while supporting existing relationships. This role focuses on delivering tailored solutions for customers in the food industry.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct targeted sales negotiations, locate new business partners and prepare contracts.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing and new partners, map customer needs and develop personalized solutions.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity, propose business‑development opportunities.
• Maintain active, result‑oriented communication with current partners.
• Design an optimal product range and coordinate promotional processes.
• Provide regular reports and collaborate closely with the Regional Manager.

Required profile

• Minimum secondary education.
• At least 1 year of sales experience, preferably in the food industry.
• Proven experience in acquiring new customers and handling complex sales processes.
• Category B driving licence and willingness to travel.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Residence in Győr or within a 40 km radius is a plus.
