Medior Fullstack Java Developer

About the role

Join Bosch's digitalisation team in Budapest as a Medior Fullstack Java Developer. You will create modern, scalable web applications that support internal processes and explore AI‑enhanced automation.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain full‑stack web applications using Java (Spring Boot) and modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, TypeScript).
• Automate manual workflows and integrate agentic AI solutions for autonomous task execution.
• Deploy and manage services in cloud environments (Azure) with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Collaborate with UX designers to build intuitive user interfaces.
• Utilise AI tools for code generation, testing and documentation to improve productivity.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Informatics, IT or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 2‑5 years of experience in web application development.
• Proficiency in English (intermediate); German is a plus.
• Experience working in agile teams.
• Strong logical and systems thinking, good communication skills and a proactive, can‑do attitude.
