Regional Portfolio Expert

About the role

As a Regional Portfolio Expert for Power Tools Accessories, you will shape and optimise the product portfolio across the region, translating market insights and customer needs into profitable business decisions. You will work closely with product management, sales and marketing teams to drive go‑to‑market activities and support sustainable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Own assigned product segments and focus trades within the region.
• Gather deep user and application insights to identify regional product requirements and market opportunities.
• Analyse competitor portfolios, market positioning and pricing strategies.
• Define and maintain the regional SKU portfolio, including pricing recommendations and complexity management.
• Identify product demand and translate market needs into actionable portfolio recommendations.
• Contribute regional insights throughout the product development process and support product launches.
• Develop pricing recommendations based on target setting, market trends and competitive analysis.
• Monitor market developments, customer trends, competitor activities and market shares.

Required profile

• Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering or a related field.
• Experience in product portfolio management, product marketing or product management.
• Strong understanding of portfolio strategies, customer segments and market dynamics.
• Experience in market research, competitive analysis and pricing methodologies.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to turn market insights into business recommendations.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
• Structured, data‑driven and customer‑focused approach.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
