Senior Product Manager

About the role

You will own the roadmap for a core part of Diligent’s governance, risk and compliance SaaS platform, shaping how senior leaders and boards collaborate, communicate and make decisions in a secure, modern way. You’ll turn customer problems and market insights into simple, impactful product experiences, and work closely with engineering, design, and go‑to‑market teams to bring them to life.

Key responsibilities

• Own and continuously refine the product roadmap using customer insight, data and market trends.
• Independently own end‑to‑end product strategy and roadmap for new Diligent business lines in the non‑profit and government sector.
• Define and drive product strategy that aligns with Diligent’s vision for modern governance.
• Act as the voice of the customer: run discovery, validate problems and solutions, and translate insights into clear user stories and requirements.
• Lead an agile, cross‑functional team (engineering, UX, product marketing, sales, customer success) to design, build and launch high‑quality SaaS features.
• Set goals, KPIs and success metrics, track performance and user engagement, and iterate based on data and customer feedback.
• Tackle complex product and execution challenges by breaking down ambiguous problems, navigating trade‑offs, and making data‑informed decisions.

Required profile

• Solid experience as a Product Manager building, shipping, and iterating B2B Enterprise SaaS products and AI assistants/agents.
• Strong hands‑on experience working in agile, cross‑functional product teams, including backlog management and writing user stories.
• Comfortable leading customer discovery and validation conversations and turning qualitative and quantitative insights into product decisions.
• Proven ability to influence and align cross‑functional partners and senior stakeholders without formal authority.
• Data‑driven mindset: confident with metrics, experimentation and basic quantitative reasoning.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to explain complex ideas simply to technical and non‑technical audiences.
• A bias for action and ownership: willing to roll up sleeves, make trade‑offs and drive projects from definition through launch and iteration.
