Software Engineer Trainee – ADAS Perception (Intern)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Software Engineer Trainee to join Bosch’s ADAS perception team in Budapest. You will work on cutting‑edge driver assistance functionalities, analysing measurement data and contributing to embedded real‑time solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse and assess ADAS perception measurement data using specialised evaluation tools.
• Support definition of corrective actions and improvement concepts based on analysis results.
• Develop perception and driver‑assistance functionalities, including C++ implementation.
• Leverage AI‑powered development tools to improve code quality and efficiency.
• Design object‑oriented, embedded real‑time solutions for environmental modelling and tracking algorithms.
• Collaborate daily with international teams.

Required profile

• Ongoing university study in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Machine Learning or a related field, with at least one year remaining, based in Hungary.
• Experience with data analysis.
• Hands‑on experience with C/C++ programming.
• Familiarity with software testing and scripting.
• Analytical mindset and structured way of working.
• Good command of English.
• Availability for 20 hours per week.
