Staffing Specialist (Onboarding) – Czech/Slovak Speaking (2‑yr Fixed‑Term)

About the role

As a Staffing Specialist focused on onboarding, you will join Bosch's regional HR Service team in Vecsés. You will ensure a smooth, positive entry experience for new colleagues speaking Czech or Slovak, handling all administrative steps from contract preparation to first‑day integration.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding activities and support new employees throughout their journey.
• Manage onboarding administration, including employee data, medical checks, contract preparation, SAP maintenance and document archiving.
• Collaborate with hiring managers, recruitment, payroll and other HR stakeholders.
• Prepare and obtain approval for compensation packages with relevant HR partners.
• Produce reports, statistics, presentations and HR documentation using existing templates.
• Ensure employee documentation complies with company standards and local regulations.
• Respond to onboarding‑related requests from internal stakeholders.
• Contribute to a professional employee experience and support knowledge‑sharing within the HR team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in HR administration, employee services or office administration.
• Advanced written and spoken Czech or Slovak and English.
• Strong organizational, communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Proactive, customer‑oriented mindset with a sense of ownership.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate in an international team.

Required skills

• SAP (HR module) or similar HR system.
