Business & Systems Analyst – Finance & Controlling (Maternity Cover)

About the role

Roche is seeking a Business & Systems Analyst for Finance & Controlling on a maternity‑cover basis (approximately 2 years). You will support uninterrupted business operations, ensure the technology architecture aligns with user needs, and contribute to continuous improvement of finance and procurement processes.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain Service Level Agreements and ensure day‑to‑day activities meet agreed standards.
• Validate that technological architecture satisfies user requirements and propose process/system improvements across divisions.
• Handle SAP FI and CO module issues, provide timely support and conduct end‑user training.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to understand needs and identify improvement opportunities.
• Participate in technology projects, performing functional analysis, testing, scripted regression testing and prioritising user requests using ITIL methodology.

Required profile

• University or college education with a focus on Finance or Accounting.
• 1‑3 years of finance/accounting experience, preferably in audit or banking.
• Strong communication skills in English and proven stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Experience with SAP modules (FI, CO, MM, SD) and familiarity with ITIL processes.
