About the role

Roland Berger, a consultancy founded in 1967 with German heritage and European roots, is looking for Master graduates with professional consulting experience to join its Budapest office. You will develop and implement tailored strategies and business models in a dynamic, international project environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement tailored strategies and business models in a dynamic, international project environment.
• Contribute to business development, such as issue papers and commercial offers.
• Contribute to the internal development of the company, such as recruiting and marketing.
• Support the development of new joiners.

Required profile

• Master's degree with excellent academic records.
• 2-4 years of working experience in energy, transportation or financial services; international working experience is an advantage.
• Intellectual curiosity and creativity.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Required skills

• Impressive analytical and quantitative skills.
• Excellent Hungarian, German and English language skills.
