Convenience Partnership & Performance Specialist (German Speaking)

About the role

bp is looking for a Convenience Partnership & Performance Specialist who speaks German, within its Finance Business & Technology group. The role acts as the key link between internal teams, the Convenience Partnership Manager and external partners, supporting partnership management across more than 1,200 stores. It is a hybrid office/remote position with negligible travel, and it is not eligible for relocation.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the main interface between internal teams, the Convenience Partnership Manager and external partners, communicating professionally in German and English.
• Own recurring partnership reporting, including performance, costs, dashboard updates and monthly alignment with the manager.
• Design, maintain and improve Power BI reports and dashboards covering sales, category performance, waste, labour, profitability and partnership targets.
• Turn stakeholder needs into reporting specifications, process documentation, user guidance and best-practice standards.
• Analyse data from several sources, spot trends and anomalies and turn them into business insights and recommendations.
• Support governance meetings and partnership forums, document outcomes and track follow-up actions.
• Manage partnership administration such as meeting scheduling, documentation and record keeping.

Required profile

• Previous experience in an administrative, reporting or data analytics role, ideally in FMCG or retail.
• Understanding of category management, retail operations or partnership environments.
• Proven ability to analyse data, draw conclusions and communicate actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Experience coordinating meetings, preparing documentation, managing action logs and dealing with internal and external customers.
• Strong written and verbal German and English, including the ability to present insights and partner updates clearly.

Required skills

• Power BI dashboards: development, maintenance and interpretation.
• Data analysis and data visualisation.
• Strong analytical skills and excellent organisation to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
