Demand Planner

About the role

As a Demand Planner you will be responsible for forecasting and managing the spare parts portfolio for Bosch's after‑sales network. You will work closely with regional service managers, warehouse teams and the planning hub in Germany to ensure parts availability while reducing excess stock.

Key responsibilities

• Validate and forecast spare‑parts demand per product and warehouse, taking seasonality and trends into account.
• Maintain planning data and master settings for a large spare‑parts portfolio in SAP ERP.
• Consider global supply‑chain interdependencies such as replenishment, inventory management and workshop repair demands.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with the German planning team, regional service managers and local warehouse contacts.
• Ensure high forecast accuracy and optimal spare‑parts availability in local warehouses.
• Support overstock reduction based on spare‑part lifecycles.

Required profile

• Degree in Business, Logistics or Industrial Engineering with a focus on Supply Chain.
• At least 3 years of experience in supply‑chain planning.
• Fluent English and a problem‑solving mindset.
• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• Strong knowledge of SAP ERP.
