Focus Factory Leader – Vaccine Manufacturing

About the role

CEVA is looking for a Focus Factory Leader to head one of its manufacturing value streams in Budapest. This is a senior leadership role with full responsibility for operations, people leadership, performance, compliance and strategic development. The factory produces vaccine and biological products and sits in a large, complex organisation of 80+ employees in a matrix structure.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end value stream and operational performance
• Lead manufacturing, supply chain integration, quality, safety compliance and cost efficiency
• Ensure GMP, EHS and regulatory compliance
• Drive continuous improvement, a Lean culture and operational excellence
• Build and execute mid- and long-term operational and business strategy
• Lead and develop a large leadership team, including talent development, succession planning and leadership pipeline building
• Own the budget and manage financial performance
• Represent the value stream in audits, inspections and corporate projects

Required profile

• Senior industrial leader able to lead a large, multidisciplinary team
• Direct leadership of managers and strong matrix cooperation with quality, engineering, supply chain, HR and corporate functions
