General & Management Accounting Manager - EMEA

About the role

The General & Management Accounting Manager leads the Record to Report (R2R) cluster for EMEA, ensuring high‑quality period‑end closing services and driving standardisation, simplification and efficiency across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Cluster Section Leads, building leadership capabilities and ensuring strategic alignment across regional country teams.
• Define and execute regional strategic priorities derived from the global vision, aligning with global leaders on standardisation and optimisation.
• Ensure accurate delivery of PEC services in compliance with global KPIs, SLAs and SOPs, and architect regional process collaboration to remove silos.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, empower leads to execute efficiency programs and share best practices across clusters and business lines.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in financial period‑end closing and reporting.
• 5+ years of direct people‑management experience.
• University degree in Business, Finance or Accounting.
• Fluent English communication skills; additional languages are a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with SAP or equivalent ERP accounting systems.
• Strong expertise in shared services (GBS) and end‑to‑end R2R processes across multi‑country regions.
