Group FP&A Performance Junior Manager

About the role

The Group FP&A Performance Junior Manager supports and improves end-to-end Group performance management across core P&L analytics, external performance insights (industry and shipments/depletions dynamics) and ESG performance management. The role delivers modelling, reporting and insight generation that strengthens decision support for senior leadership and improves the consistency and effectiveness of the Group performance cycle. It is a permanent position based in Budapest.

Key responsibilities

• Drive P&L performance analytics and modelling to support the Group Business Performance Management (BPM) cycle, including variance analysis, performance diagnostics and materials for focused management discussions.
• Prepare and maintain Executive and Board performance materials, turning financial results and performance drivers into clear, insight-driven narratives for senior leadership.
• Coordinate with Regional FP&A teams to consolidate inputs, validate key performance drivers and align insights and narratives across Group performance reviews.
• Lead standardization and continuous improvement of BPM reporting and analytics, developing structured templates, models and frameworks.
• Deliver targeted analytics and performance deep dives, including shipment, depletions and stock-in-trade (SIT) analysis, and integrate them with broader performance insights.

Required profile

• Degree in a relevant finance, accounting or business field.
• 6+ years of experience in Finance, including FP&A / performance management.
• Very strong understanding of financial processes and systems.
• Experience in a global or complex environment.

Required skills

• Excellent financial modelling in Excel, including complex spreadsheet models.
• Stakeholder management and the ability to influence and build relationships across business divisions and markets.
• Strong verbal, written communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences.
