Healthcare Compliance Analyst – French Speaking

About the role

Roche is seeking a Healthcare Compliance Analyst who is fluent in French to support operational compliance activities. You will work within the Services & Solutions Operational Compliance team, ensuring interactions with healthcare professionals and organizations meet regulatory and internal standards.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled compliance reviews of HCP/HCO engagements using a predefined checklist.
• Document findings, identify policy violations, and present detailed analyses to Local Compliance Officers.
• Prepare and deliver quarterly compliance reports and continuously update the checklist based on evolving regulations.
• Collaborate with the team to improve compliance documentation and processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field; Master’s in Law preferred.
• 2‑3 years of experience in compliance or a related area.
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent organization and time‑management skills.
• Fluent in English and French.

Required skills

• Ability to assess documentation for regulatory adherence.
• Proficiency in preparing clear, evidence‑based reports.
