About the role

Join Bosch's multinational HR team as a Payroll Intern, providing essential administrative support to ensure smooth payroll operations. This position offers hands‑on experience in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the HR department with payroll‑related administrative tasks.
• Handle sick‑leave paperwork and other social‑insurance documents.
• Process employee requests and support full‑time colleagues in exit procedures and monthly payroll cycles.
• Arrange and manage incoming post, archive documents, and perform ad‑hoc administrative duties.

Required profile

• Active full‑time student (BA or MA) in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Availability for at least 12 months, minimum 30 hours per week and four onsite days.
• Fluent in English and Hungarian.
• Enthusiastic about developing a career in HR with strong administrative and organizational abilities.
