Lead ServiceNow Developer / Architect

About the role

Accenture, a Global Elite Partner of ServiceNow, is looking for a Senior Developer / Architect for its growing ServiceNow consulting team in Budapest. The role provides technical expertise internally and externally and leads ServiceNow implementation projects, driving the customization and rollout of clients' ServiceNow platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and lead the technical implementation of ServiceNow solutions, including system configuration and development of custom features.
• Architect and design scalable and robust ServiceNow solutions.
• Provide advanced technical consulting and support quality assurance activities.
• Ensure adherence to implementation standards and technical best practices.
• Understand complex business needs and help standardize processes in design and deliverables.
• Mentor and guide junior developers and team members.

Required profile

• Minimum of five years of experience in ServiceNow development and architecture.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Leadership and mentoring skills.
• Excellent command of English; knowledge of German is an advantage.
• Legal right to work in Hungary without visa sponsorship.

Required skills

• Deep expertise of at least one ServiceNow module; experience with several modules is an advantage.
• Multiple ServiceNow certifications.
