Microsoft Power BI Developer

About the role

As a Microsoft Power BI Developer you will join Bosch's global Business Intelligence team, creating data and analytics solutions for internal customers worldwide. You will work in an international DevOps environment, collaborating with product owners, business experts and fellow developers to turn complex requirements into scalable Power BI reports and Premium datasets.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and continuously improve Power BI reports, dashboards and Premium datasets.
• Collect and analyse complex business requirements and translate them into effective BI solutions.
• Implement data models, analytics solutions and visualisations that turn data into meaningful insights.
• Manage Power BI Service backend operations, including dataflows, gateway configuration, dataset refreshes and troubleshooting.
• Handle security topics such as Row‑Level Security, permissions and deployment processes.

Required profile

• University degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Physics, Data Science or a comparable field.
• At least 3 years of professional experience as a Power BI Developer.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a focus on code and solution quality.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
