Mid/Senior Social Creative (Art & Copy)

About the role

DEPT®, a growth-invention agency with over 4,000 specialists, is looking for a Mid/Senior Social Creative in Budapest. You will work across consumer brands, turning cultural insights into social content that feels native to each platform. You will take ideas from brief through concepting, storyboarding and presentation to production, combining creative thinking with strong writing.

Key responsibilities

• Develop ideas for organic social, both planned and reactive
• Concept social-first content, formats and campaign ideas
• Write copy, hooks, scripts and social captions
• Create storyboards, treatments and creative presentations
• Use trends, audience insights and data to inform creative thinking
• Present and sell creative ideas clearly and confidently
• Collaborate with designers, editors, strategists, media specialists and account teams
• Take part in social shoots and productions, and adapt ideas to different platforms and brand voices
• Use performance data to improve content and work within brand tone, legal and approval guidelines
• Manage several projects and deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment

Required profile

• Social-first creative experience in an agency or in-house setting
• Portfolio showing social-first concepts and creative thinking
• Experience with concepting, copywriting and content production
• Interest in internet culture and social trends
• Strong written and verbal English, confident presenting ideas
• Ability to work quickly, with attention to detail and in a fast-paced environment

Required skills

• Understanding of TikTok and Instagram and how content performs on them
• Copywriting and concepting
• Collaboration with designers and editors
