Production Quality Engineer (MSE3.1) – Q-Teamer

About the role

As a Production Quality Engineer (Q‑Teamer) at Bosch's Hatvan plant, you will support the series production of automotive electronic control units and sensors. You will be part of a global team that drives Industry 4.0 solutions and ensures the highest quality standards for Bosch Mobility Solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Own a segment of the CCON production flow, managing internal defect costs, quality gates and claim handling.
• Monitor quality indicators and lead improvement projects to boost key performance metrics.
• Lead customer‑related production claims using the 8D systematic approach.
• Develop and implement failure‑prevention measures and systematic improvements.
• Support supplier claim investigations and evaluate part‑deviation risks together with the international development team.
• Create quality‑assurance plans for new products and assist in audit preparation and execution.

Required profile

• University or technical degree in electrical or mechanical engineering (quality specialization is a plus).
• Experience in quality assurance and familiarity with problem‑solving methods.
• Independent thinking, strong analytical abilities and a sense of responsibility.
• Good communication skills and intermediate level of English.
• Proficiency with standard office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
