Property Portfolio Manager

About the role

As a Property Portfolio Manager at Bosch, you will oversee the acquisition, disposal and strategic development of commercial real‑estate assets across the Central and Eastern Europe region. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure that real‑estate activities support the company’s business and investment objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage acquisition, disposal and development of commercial properties in the CEE region.
• Support portfolio optimisation through market analysis and performance evaluation.
• Conduct valuations and financial assessments to inform investment decisions.
• Lead property transactions, including acquisitions, disposals and lease negotiations.
• Identify and evaluate investment opportunities, risks and market trends.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align real‑estate actions with business goals.
• Assist in developing and executing regional real‑estate strategies.
• Maintain relationships with external partners, consultants and service providers.
• Ensure compliance with corporate standards and governance throughout transaction lifecycles.

Required profile

• Degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, Economics or a related field.
• Several years of experience in commercial real estate, property investment or portfolio management.
• Strong knowledge of commercial real‑estate markets, valuation methods and transaction processes in the CEE region.
• Experience in property acquisitions, disposals, lease negotiations and portfolio management.
• Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation and communication skills in an international environment.
• Professional qualification in real‑estate valuation or property investment (e.g., RICS, MRICS, CCIM) is a plus.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
