Senior PBI & Automation Developer

About the role

As a Senior PBI & Automation Developer you will own the design, development and continuous improvement of business‑critical data, reporting and automation solutions for internal customers worldwide. You will work closely with product owners and business experts to turn complex requirements into user‑friendly, data‑driven insights.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and enhance Power BI reports, dashboards and premium data sets.
• Create and maintain scalable data models ensuring reliable, consistent reporting.
• Integrate, transform and analyse data from multiple sources to generate actionable insights.
• Identify automation opportunities and implement workflows using n8n, Power Automate and related tools.
• Develop low‑code solutions with Power Apps, OutSystems and the Microsoft Power Platform.
• Explore AI‑supported tools to enrich reporting, analytics and automation.
• Provide professional support to users and continuously improve solutions based on feedback.

Required profile

• University degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Data Analytics, Economics or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Power BI development or comparable Business Intelligence roles.
• Strong hands‑on experience with data modelling, DAX and Power Query.
• Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable solutions.
• Independent, proactive and solution‑oriented working style.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
