Senior Recruiter – German & English (Remote, Hungary)

About the role

Kelly is looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter who is fluent in German and English to join its international RPO team on a remote basis from Hungary. You will lead end‑to‑end recruitment for the EMEA region, partnering with hiring managers and stakeholders across multiple countries.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle – sourcing, screening, interviewing and offer administration.
• Act as the central point of contact for European stakeholder coordination and relationship management.
• Establish and continuously improve recruiting processes and best practices.
• Conduct briefing calls with clients, autonomously select candidates, and schedule interviews.
• Provide detailed documentation of selection decisions and support both candidates and hiring managers throughout the hiring process.

Required profile

• 5+ years of full‑life‑cycle recruitment experience, preferably in an RPO environment.
• Proven stakeholder‑management skills and ability to build strong relationships.
• Strong project‑management capabilities to bring structure to fast‑changing recruitment situations.
• Experience recruiting for global or EMEA companies is a plus.
• Self‑motivated, able to work autonomously with a customer‑focused attitude.
• Professional‑level proficiency in English and German.
