Senior Recruiter – Italian & English (Remote, Hungary)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter who is fluent in Italian and English to join our international RPO team. The role is fully remote and based in Hungary, supporting a purpose‑driven science and technology leader across the EMEA region.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
• Utilise job boards, social media and networking to build a pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews and assess candidate suitability.
• Coordinate and manage interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
• Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting vacancies on relevant platforms.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Support recruitment events such as job fairs and networking sessions.
• Stay updated on recruitment trends and continuously improve processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of full‑cycle recruitment experience, preferably in‑house or RPO.
• Service‑oriented mindset with strong stakeholder management skills.
• Self‑motivated, able to work autonomously while delivering high‑quality results.
• Professional proficiency in English and Italian; German or French is a plus.
