About the role

Sofigate CEE Zrt., a subsidiary of Sofigate and the largest team of senior ServiceNow experts in Hungary, is looking for a ServiceNow Developer to join its team in Budapest. The role works with customers across sectors such as public, private, energy and healthcare, defining requirements and implementing solutions in ServiceNow Platform. The work is agile, with prototyping used to show early results.

Key responsibilities

• Work with customers to deliver high-quality solutions
• Take part in agile ServiceNow projects, including stand-ups and sprints
• Keep up to date with ServiceNow updates, patches and new releases
• Introduce new features to customers' ServiceNow modules
• Support customers' existing ServiceNow instances

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in ServiceNow development projects
• ServiceNow certifications and motivation to keep developing skills
• Experience with ITSM, CSM and HR modules
• Fluent English
• Self-driven, able to work independently
