Staffing Specialist (Onboarding) – Czech/Slovakian Speaking

About the role

As a Staffing Specialist focused on onboarding, you will ensure a smooth entry experience for new employees across our regional HR Service Center. You will handle data administration, coordinate medical checks, and support documentation while maintaining high‑quality HR services.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day onboarding activities, including employee data entry, medical check‑ups, SAP maintenance, contract creation and document archiving.
• Prepare and maintain reports, statistics, presentations and HR documentation using existing templates.
• Ensure all documentation complies with company standards and local regulations.
• Respond to requests from hiring managers, recruiters and other stakeholders.
• Support a positive employee experience throughout the onboarding journey.
• Coordinate compensation package creation and approval with Payroll and HR stakeholders.
• Guarantee compliance with HR processes, policies and standard operating procedures.
• Contribute to knowledge sharing and training activities within the team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in HR administration, office administration or employee‑related processes.
• Strong analytical, organizational and administrative abilities.
• Ability to work independently and make decisions within established processes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Customer‑oriented mindset with high attention to detail.
• Advanced English and Czech or Slovak language proficiency; Hungarian is a plus.

Required skills

• SAP (or other HR systems) experience.
