Supply Planner

About the role

Ceva-Phylaxia, part of the Ceva Animal Health group, is hiring a full-time Supply Planner for its Supply Planning team in the Supply Chain department at the Phylaxia Campus in Budapest's 10th district. Reporting to the Supply Planning Manager, the role consolidates demand from subsidiaries and distributors, supports production planning and product allocation, monitors inventory and supply risks, and coordinates product flow to end users.

Key responsibilities

• Collect all firm and planned orders from subsidiaries and distributors for the biological products
• Inform the Production Planning departments of the Ceva Phylaxia plant about their needs
• Manage allocation when capacity or resources are limited
• Coordinate the flow of products from Phylaxia to end users
• Follow up finished and semi-finished stocks and carry out stock-at-risk analysis
• Participate in corporate Supply Chain projects and daily work with internal and group-level Quality, Planning and Packaging departments
• Identify risks and propose ways to reduce them
• Prepare analyses and present hot topics at the monthly MPS, S&OE and S&OP meetings
