Talent Attraction Specialist (Dutch-speaking)

About the role

MSX International is looking for a Talent Attraction Specialist in Budapest to support its end-to-end Talent Acquisition process. The role partners with regional and local stakeholders, improves the effectiveness of selection while delivering a great candidate experience, and acts as the first point of contact for European and local HR managers on recruitment needs, sourcing and screening approaches. The company is building a talent pool of professionals with strong language skills.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers and Talent Specialists in the markets to identify position requirements and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
• Choose the right sourcing strategy (posting, active searching, talent pipeline, etc.).
• Screen candidates and make first contact, helping them through the selection process.
• Identify ways to continuously improve the candidate experience.
• Ensure compliance with employee data protection policies.
• Meet key metrics such as timeliness, accuracy, quality, tone and error rate.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• At least 1-2 years' experience in recruitment, preferably in an international company or a shared services HR function.
• Excellent written and spoken English; another language is a strong advantage, preferably French, Spanish, German, Swedish, Italian or Dutch.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and able to manage several priorities and volumes.

Required skills

• Experience with ATS systems; SmartRecruiters and SuccessFactors are advantageous.
• Process-driven mindset and results-oriented approach.
