Talent Specialist (Recruiter/Vetter) – Debrecen

About the role

The Talent Specialist (also referred to as Recruiter Vetter) supports the candidate journey for Angard Staffing and Royal Mail Group in Debrecen. You will attract, screen, and vet candidates, ensuring all compliance checks are completed and candidates are ready for deployment.

Key responsibilities

• Support candidate attraction using various recruitment tools.
• Manage applications through the full recruitment process, from screening to offer.
• Collect and verify Right‑to‑Work documentation and ID checks.
• Complete vetting and compliance procedures in line with client standards.
• Book initial inductions and prepare candidates for their start dates.
• Liaise with Royal Mail sites to confirm induction schedules and workforce needs.
• Handle candidate queries via phone and email, providing excellent customer service.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure adherence to internal and client processes.
• Work towards agreed targets and service‑level agreements.
• Collaborate with colleagues for smooth handover to Workforce Planning teams.

Required profile

• Demonstrable experience in customer service or recruitment environments.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in process‑driven, target‑based settings.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High level of computer literacy, especially with MS Office.
• Team‑oriented, adaptable, proactive and resilient.
• Analytical, problem‑solving and results‑driven mindset.
