Team Leader – HR Services (2‑year Fixed‑Term Maternity Cover)

About the role

As a Team Leader within Bosch Group Business Services you will lead the Contract Changes and EXIT teams, delivering HR services across Hungary, the United Kingdom, the Czech Republic and Serbia. You will manage a diverse group of about 23 associates and interns, combining people leadership with operational responsibility.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of approximately 23 associates and interns, ensuring performance, engagement and professional growth.
• Set clear direction, priorities and workload management, and conduct regular performance and development discussions.
• Ensure high‑quality delivery of Contract Changes and EXIT services across four countries, monitoring KPIs, service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Drive harmonisation, standardisation and digitalisation of HR processes, identifying automation opportunities and leading continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Manage operational escalations and complex cases, building strong relationships with internal customers, HR stakeholders and regional/global teams.

Required profile

• Several years of people‑leadership experience with direct responsibility for a larger team.
• Proven track record in coaching, performance management and building high‑performing, engaged teams.
• Experience in managing complex HR services or shared‑services operations, preferably in an international environment.
• Strong operational mindset, decision‑making and problem‑solving skills, with ability to handle escalations and stakeholder situations.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
