About the role

The Technical Documentation and Spare Parts Coordinator supports the creation of operating manuals and assembly instructions while managing spare‑parts processes. The role also acts as a communication bridge between German and Hungarian teams, ensuring clear intercultural collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in preparing operating manuals and assembly instructions, delivering final print data according to DC‑EU product requirements.
• Handle diverse tasks within spare‑parts management to ensure efficient flow of critical components.
• Participate in the annual spare‑parts cycle, helping to plan, organise and execute essential processes.
• Serve as liaison between German and Hungarian colleagues, fostering clear communication across cultural boundaries.

Required profile

• Completed vocational training or university degree, preferably in a technical discipline.
• Fluent in German, English and Hungarian (C1 level or higher).
• Strong intercultural awareness, collaborative mindset and ability to adapt to new tools and business requirements.
