Technical Support Specialist – Spare Parts

About the role

CCR Commercial Refrigeration is looking for a Technical Support Specialist to support its teams across different countries with spare parts identification and technical requests related to commercial refrigeration equipment. The role suits both fresh technical graduates and experienced technical support professionals, and Hungarian language skills are not required.

Key responsibilities

• Handle technical support tickets submitted by CCR entities across different countries.
• Identify the correct spare parts using 2D technical drawings and product documentation.
• Support technical requests related to refrigeration cabinet refurbishment and rebuilding.
• Help define spare parts kits and assembly groups.
• Cooperate with R&D teams to clarify technical questions and identify suitable replacement parts.
• Contribute to improvements in technical support processes, documentation and quality.
• Take part in ongoing technical projects and collaborate with international colleagues.

Required profile

• Technical graduates: completed secondary school, vocational qualification or university degree in a relevant field such as mechanical, electrical or manufacturing engineering; fresh graduates are welcome.
• OR experienced professionals: at least 3 years of relevant technical support experience, ideally in manufacturing, industrial equipment, machinery or a similar technical environment.
• Ability to read and interpret 2D technical drawings.
• Good written English for communicating with international colleagues and handling technical tickets.
• Analytical thinking, attention to detail, organisational skills, customer orientation and a proactive attitude.
• Experience with spare parts identification, technical documentation or refrigeration equipment is an advantage but not essential.
