Trainee - Master's Students

About the role

Roland Berger, a consultancy founded in 1967 with German heritage and European roots, is looking for master's students for its Budapest office. The role suits candidates who combine excellent grades with an impressive record of extracurricular activities, and who bring an open-minded personality and strong analytical skills.

The trainee works with a talented, interdisciplinary team on projects for international clients, taking part actively from day one. The position is open to both part-time and full-time applicants.

Required profile

• Master's degree with an excellent academic record
• Internship experience with strategy-related tasks
• Internship or exchange semester abroad
• Fluency in Hungarian and excellent English; German is an advantage
