Travel and Expense Compliance Analyst – Greek Speaking (2‑Year Fixed Term)

About the role

Roche is seeking a Travel and Expense Compliance Analyst who is fluent in Greek to join our Budapest team on a two‑year fixed‑term contract. You will help ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements while minimizing compliance risks.

Key responsibilities

• Assess employee expense claims against company policies, procedures and external regulations.
• Conduct daily expense audits, prioritize tasks and identify non‑compliance early.
• Maintain productive relationships with stakeholders to enhance service satisfaction and manage risks.
• Update compliance checklists and reason codes based on industry standards and Roche directives.
• Document assessment results and prepare monthly and quarterly compliance reports.
• Escalate issues, recommend resolutions and support ad‑hoc projects or training material development.
• Collaborate on continuous‑improvement initiatives and propose process enhancements.

Required profile

• University or college degree, preferably in Finance or Economics.
• 1‑2 years of experience in internal audit, compliance or expense management within a regulated environment.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and a compliance‑focused mindset.
• Growth mindset, adaptability and accountability for personal development.
• Proficiency in English and Greek.

Required skills

• Experience with Concur expense management system.
• Familiarity with SAP T&E modules.
