Validation Subproject Manager – Environmental Validation

About the role

As a Validation Subproject Manager you will lead the environmental validation of automotive electronic control units within Bosch's Cross‑Domain Computing Solutions division. You will coordinate projects from contract signing through final reporting, ensuring that validation activities meet quality, cost and schedule targets.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate environmental validation projects for automotive control units.
• Plan and schedule validation activities, from contracting to final reporting.
• Calculate, track and control project costs and effort.
• Manage capacity planning for test equipment and validation teams.
• Provide daily coordination for the laboratory team.
• Represent environmental validation in engineering meetings.
• Maintain communication with suppliers and internal customers.

Required profile

• B.Sc. or M.Sc. in management or engineering.
• Strong organisational and coordination abilities with proactive follow‑up.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Responsible, agile and team‑oriented mindset.
• Willingness to acquire knowledge of new technologies and disciplines.
• Proficiency in English (German is a plus).
