Account Manager – Financial Services

About the role

You will be responsible for maintaining deep customer relationships to drive revenue retention and growth for LSEG. Working with internal partners, you will deliver exceptional service and identify larger solution opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Demonstrate a deep understanding of customer decision‑maker strategies, priorities and needs.
• Maintain solid knowledge of LSEG propositions to initiate conversations and raise interest.
• Build and embed a long‑term trusted advisor relationship within assigned accounts.
• Drive growth by expanding LSEG footprint and managing all commercial activities end‑to‑end.
• Lead account administration, negotiate and close deals, and manage an assigned growth accounts book.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and German.
• Good knowledge of financial markets.
• Strong relationship‑building, negotiation and consultative selling abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with account teams and manage complex client workflows.
