AI & Automation Specialist – Finance Controlling

About the role

Join the European Controlling team in Hatvan, Hungary, to lead the transformation of finance processes through AI and automation. You will design, develop and implement AI‑powered solutions that enhance financial reporting, planning and decision support.

Key responsibilities

• Drive automation initiatives across Controlling, reducing manual effort with AI‑driven and low‑code tools.
• Design and continuously improve an AI‑powered Controlling Agent using Oracle data and finance templates.
• Automate reporting cycles and develop scalable reporting solutions.
• Support AI‑assisted Budget and Forecast processes.
• Develop Power BI reporting for product margin analysis and performance management.
• Collaborate with Finance, Controlling, IT and business stakeholders to identify optimisation opportunities.
• Establish data structures, reporting standards and best practices for AI use in Finance Controlling.
• Evaluate new AI and automation technologies for applicability.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative or business‑related field (e.g., Computer Science, Finance, Data Science).
• Experience with AI, automation, analytics or digital transformation projects.
• Hands‑on experience with GenAI/LLM solutions, prompt engineering, RAG or AI agents.
• Strong background working with financial data from ERP systems (Oracle or similar).
• Solid understanding of core financial reporting logic (P&L, cost centers, margins).
• Fluent English communication skills and ability to work independently.
• Willingness to travel to European locations about once per month.

• Low‑code automation platforms (Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Power Automate, UiPath)
• Oracle ERP data extraction and validation
• SQL or similar query languages
