Assistant Store Manager

About the role

As an Assistant Store Manager at Nike, you will support the Store Manager in leading a high‑performing team, delivering exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for every consumer.

Key responsibilities

• Create a welcoming, energetic, and premium store environment.
• Support, coach, and develop a diverse team while fostering an inclusive culture.
• Partner with the Store Manager to drive performance, budgets, sales targets and consumer satisfaction.
• Implement Nike’s in‑store strategy, including membership, digital services and sustainability.
• Ensure compliance with Nike standards, policies and guidelines.

Required profile

• Previous management experience in a retail environment.
• Experience in operations, budgeting, planning, sales and people management.
• Passion for Nike, sport and exceptional consumer experiences.
• Strong coaching skills and ability to motivate teams.
• Fluent in English and Hungarian, both written and spoken.

Required skills

• Proficiency with tools for employee coaching, feedback, conflict resolution and performance conversations.
