About the role

Mastercard’s Launch Graduate Program is an 18‑month, full‑time development journey for recent graduates. As an Associate Consultant you will work on real business challenges, gaining hands‑on experience across strategy, data analytics and technology. The role offers exposure to a variety of industries while building a solid foundation for a consulting career at Mastercard.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate within small teams to help leading brands solve strategic and operational problems.
• Create and own deliverables, building external client relationships and contributing to technology‑focused projects.

Required profile

• Undergraduate or accelerated master’s degree with expected graduation between September 2026 and September 2027.
• Demonstrated passion and leadership in academic or extracurricular activities.
• Strong analytical and quantitative abilities, with experience in data analysis or querying tools.
• Clear interest in business decision‑making and a desire for rapid professional growth.
• Team‑oriented mindset and high integrity.
