About the role

KellyOCG is looking for a motivated Associate Sourcing Consultant to support recruitment for leading global companies. This remote position, based in Budapest, offers an excellent opportunity for early‑career talent to develop sourcing expertise in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Source, identify, and engage candidates for hard‑to‑fill roles using job boards, social media, search engines and innovative channels.
• Build and maintain pipelines of active and passive talent across local and national markets.
• Review resumes and candidate profiles to assess fit with role requirements.
• Provide inbound and outbound candidate management with a focus on exceptional candidate experience.
• Create recruitment marketing assets such as job postings, emails and social content.
• Collaborate with teammates to design creative attraction and engagement strategies.
• Participate in community outreach with workforce centers and DEI partners to expand brand presence.
• Perform other sourcing or research‑related duties as needed.
