About the role

The company is looking for an experienced leader to coordinate and direct the full manufacturing process for AWI (TIG) manual arc welding operations. The role ensures that production capacity and workforce are efficiently allocated to meet delivery deadlines, quality standards, and cost targets.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and control the entire manufacturing workflow for TIG manual welding.
• Allocate production capacity and staff to meet order deadlines while maintaining quality and budget.
• Propose and support development of manufacturing technologies.
• Collaborate continuously with technical preparation, quality assurance, logistics, and HR departments.
• Participate actively in daily production meetings.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of relevant leadership experience in a single‑piece or low‑volume production environment.
• Proven expertise in manufacturing welded steel structures.
• Solid knowledge of industrial welding and production technologies.
• At least a secondary technical qualification; a welding technologist certification or higher technical degree is a plus.
