About the role

The company is seeking an experienced manual TIG welder to lead and coordinate the full manufacturing process for welded steel structures. You will ensure that production capacity and workforce are efficiently allocated to meet delivery deadlines, quality standards, and cost targets.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and direct the entire manufacturing workflow, from planning to execution.
• Allocate production capacity and staff to guarantee on‑time order fulfillment.
• Maintain plant operations in line with production goals, quality requirements, and budget constraints.
• Contribute to the development of manufacturing technology and process improvements.
• Collaborate continuously with technical preparation, quality assurance, logistics, and HR departments.
• Participate actively in daily production meetings.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of relevant managerial experience in a single‑product or low‑volume production environment.
• Proven expertise in manufacturing welded steel structures.
• Solid knowledge of the metal industry, welding processes, and production technology.
• At least an intermediate technical education; a welding technologist qualification or higher technical degree is a plus.
